These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Outfit.ai, this website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website.
Outfit.ai provides AI-powered virtual try-on that combines user-supplied portrait and clothing images to generate preview images, plus wardrobe management and optional premium features.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
You are solely responsible for portraits, clothing images, and other content you upload. You represent that you have the right to use such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. AI results are visual approximations only — not guarantees of real-world fit, color, or appearance.
New users receive 3 free credits on install. Each try-on consumes 1 credit. Additional try-ons require consumable credit top-ups or a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region; final pricing is presented in the App Store at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and may change or end. Purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's policies.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no maintenance or support obligation for the App.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, reverse engineer the App, circumvent credit or payment systems, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ACCURATE AI RESULTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
